Mr. Marat Nurguzhin is the vice-minister of defense and aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Graduate of Bauman Moscow State Technical University, Doctor of technical sciences, Professor. Previously was President of the National space company “Kazakhstan Gharysh Sapary”, held top-management positions in the Ministry of education and science and in the universities in Kazakhstan.
