Prof. Dr. Erna Sri Adiningsih is the Prime Secretary of the National Institute of Aeronautics and Space (LAPAN) of the Republic of Indonesia. Formerly, Prof. Erna was assigned as the Director of Aerospace Analysis and Information Center of LAPAN in 2007 up to 2013. From 2013-2018, she was served as the Senior Researcher until early February 2018 she was then appointed as the Prime Secretary of LAPAN up to now.

Prof. Erna achieved her Bachelor of Meteorology, Master of Natural Resources and Environmental Science, and Ph.D. of Climatology from the Bogor Agricultural University (IPB). She was awarded a Research Professor in Remote Sensing Technology in 2016.
