Amal Albinali is currently working as the chief of strategic planning and projects management department in the National Space Science Agency (NSSA) in Kingdom of Bahrain, representing NSSA in high level meetings and in international relationships. She has a master's degree in business administration (MBA) from Strathclyde University and a bachelor’s degree with excellence from the University of Bahrain (UOB) - Chemistry major, Computer Science minor - in which she achieved Jaber Bin Hayan’s prize for being the best graduate in terms of academic performance and students-related activities. She has worked previously as chief of quality and performance measurement in Civil Service Bureau and standards development supervisor in Ministry of Industry and Commerce where she led project teams, managed two national Technical Committees and represented Kingdom of Bahrain in Gulf Committees’ meetings.

She has attended several professional programs in different fields such as space and programming, she is also a certified lead auditor in ISO 27001 for Information Security Management System and ISO 9001 for Quality Management System. In addition, sha was a speaker in different forums and conferences held in cooperation with Bahrain Quality Society (2015), Education and Training Quality Authority (2019) and UOB (2019).
