Mr. Adnan bin Ismail obtained his first Degree in Science (Geography) University of Malaya and undergo a course in remote application development sensing and GIS through short-term training followed at international level such as Gadjah Mada University, Indonesia, ITC, The Netherlands, University of New South Wales, Sydney Australia and University of Wales (Swansea) United Kingdom as well as a series of specific field training in the country.

He contributes expertise and skills in the planning and development of strategic geospatial databases for the purpose of monitoring, analyzing and modeling geospatial data based on remote sensing in public security applications by national security and enforcement agencies. He is also has been appointed as one of the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation (MOSTI) R&D fund application evaluation panels and the national level innovation competition judging panel.
