Norilmi Amilia Ismail is a lecturer at Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) and CEO of Spaceln Sdn Bhd. She has been teaching for over 11 years and is committed to promoting space technology education among young people in Malaysia. Spaceln is focused on developing satellite loT technology to connect devices in remote areas. Norilmi is also involved in space outreach programs, is co-founder and ex-President of the NGO Malaysia Space Initiative {MiSI), and was recently appointed as a mentor in the Space4Women Mentorship program by the United Nations Office of Outer Space Affairs. Her goal is to help Malaysia regain its place in the space race and create opportunities for the younger generation, especially women, in the space industry.
