Mr. Dalvir Singh is Acting Director (Industry Development) at the Office for Space Technology & Industry (OSTIn), Singapore’s national space office within the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB). He leads the team responsible for growing a globally competitive space ecosystem and talent pool in Singapore. Prior to this, Dalvir was based in Zurich as Regional Vice President overseeing EDB’s operations in Europe and has held positions in EDB'S Aerospace, Consumer Businesses and Conglomerates divisions. With his rich experience in account management, he was also tasked to be a part of the team that pioneered EDB’s Account Management Program Office, which was responsible for redefining EDB's strategic account management practices.

Before joining EDB in 2013, Dalvir founded and managed his own e-commerce start-up for 5 years. He also has experience working for a venture building firm in Stockholm and a software start-up in Silicon Valley.

Dalvir holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences in Psychology with a Minor in Technology Entrepreneurship from the National University of Singapore.

Dalvir is married and a father to a 4-year-old daughter. He enjoys playing badminton, watching football and going to musicals.
