Since 2021, Mrs. Kandasri Limpakom has served as Deputy Executive Director of the Geo-Informatics and Space Technology Development Agency (GISTDA). In this leadership role, she oversees strategic planning and drives innovation in GISTDA's geospatial products and services.

Mrs. Limpakom is a leading advocate for harnessing space and geo-informatics to empowers policymakers to make informed decisions by providing a comprehensive view of situations and factors, ensuring a balance across social, economic, and environmental considerations (SEE).

She holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland, College Park. With more than 20 years in the field, she is an expert in geo-informatics products and services. Her extensive experience in the field has enabled her to foster collaborations with various stakeholders, including government agencies, academic institutions, and private companies, to advance the use of geo-informatics for sustainable development.
