The Executive Director of Geo-Informatics and Space Technology Development Agency since 2020. Dr. Pakorn possesses A Doctor of Philosophy in Civil Engineering (Geomatics) and A Master of Science in Civil Engineering (Remote Sensing/GIS) from Purdue University, Indiana, USA.

Dr. Pakorn has experiences in managerial position in various organization both private and public sectors. He was a Board of Directors in many Government Agencies e.g. Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand, Expressway Authority of Thailand, Software Industry Promotion Agency (Public Organization) as well as Geo-Informatics and Space Technology Development Agency. He was appointed as a member of Subcommittee on Space Affairs and Subcommittee on Information and Communication Affairs, Commission of Science, Information Technology and Mass Communication.

Presently, he is one of key persons who push forward the National Space Law and New Space Economy in Thailand.
