On December 11 and 12, working group sessions were held and four working groups were conducted in parallel. More than 330 people have participated so far.

Day 3 & 4:Plenary Sessions
On December 13 and 14, Plenary Sessions were held. The sessions started with opening remarks by general co-chairs, Dr. Mustafa Din Subari, Director General, National Space Agency of Malaysia (ANGKASA) and Mr. Satoru Otake, Deputy Director General, Research and Development Bureau, Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology of Japan (MEXT), followed by Keynote addresses by Mr. Yoshinari Akeno, Deputy Director General, Office of National Space Policy, Cabinet Office, Japan and Prof. Datin Paduka Dr. Khatijah Bt. Mohd. Yusoff, Deputy Secretary General (Science), Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation, Malaysia.

Following the summary report of the last session of APRSAF, APRSAF-18 in Singapore, by one of the host organizations, Centre for Remote Imaging, Sensing and Processing, National University of Singapore (CRISP), nine Country reports were delivered by the APRSAF community countries in the rest of the morning session, and there was also a special presentation by NASA, the US.

At the beginning of the afternoon session of 13 December, Panel Discussion by heads of space agencies in Asia was held. The discussion was moderated by Dr. Mustafa Din Subari, Director General of ANGKASA under the theme, "Enriching the quality of life through innovative space programs." Panelists introduced their activities related to the theme, and responded to questions from the floor.

<Day 4>
On December 14, at the beginning, remarks by international organizations (UNCOPUOS, UNOOSA, GEO, IAF, and ISU) were delivered, and summaries of working groups were reported.

APRSAF Task Force reported the result of its activities. The Executive Committee was established with inaugural members: ANGKASA, CRISP, JAXA, STI/VAST and a host organization of APRSAF-21 (KARI has expressed its interest in becoming a potential candidate for co-host of APRSAF-21).
APRSAF Task Force
APRSAF-19 recommendations were adopted, led by general co-chairs.
Finally, it was announced that the next session, APRSAF-20,will be hosted by Vietnam from December 3 to 6, 2013.
Cultural Tour
On the afternoon of December 14, APRSAF-19 participants took a tour to Putrajaya, a model township that has been constructed with detailed planning, innovative urban design and great respect for the environment.
Side Events
Water Rocket Event
On Sunday, December 9, Water Rocket Competition was held at a school, SMK Putrajaya Presint 18 (1), in Putrajaya. Fifty-six students made their own rockets on-site with provided materials, and launched them for competition.
Colloquium on Astronomy from ISS-Kibo
In the morning of December 10, Colloquium on Astronomy from ISS-Kibo was held at National Planetarium, Kuala Lumpur. This event was organized by the National Space Agency of Malaysia (ANGKASA). Approximately 90 people participated.

SAFE Workshop
On December 10, the SAFE workshop was held at the Berjaya Times Square Hotel.
Kibo-ABC Workshop
In the morning of December 10, the Kibo-ABC (Asian Beneficial Collaboration through Kibo Utilization) workshop was held at the Berjaya Times Square Hotel.
Mini drop tower demonstration
Poster Contest
On December 11 and 12, Poster Contest was held at the the Berjaya Times Square Hotel, during the WG sessions. There were 38 posters displayed, and APRSAF participants casted their vote for their favorite one. The result of the contest will be announced at the plenary sessions.
