[Event Description]
Some Vietnam's university students will make some Cansats. Japan will provide some model rockets bodies for Vietnam. The model rocket can be launched to about 140m height, and release cansat.

The 1st day of ICSANE2013 will be held at VAST/VNSC on the 2nd December. The 2nd day will be held as a joint session with APRSAF/CSA-WG at Melia Hanoi hotel.
Topics areas include:

- (3) Radar system and application
- (4) Navigation and communication system
This event is open for researchers who are interested in this engineering field.

The University of Tokyo holds an international workshop as a side event of Asia Pacific Regional Space Agency Forum 2013 (APRSAF) in Hanoi, Vietnam, on December 4, 2013. The them of this workshop is "Capacity Building for Space Policy & Law Researches in Asia Pacific Region" The purposes of this workshop are:
- 1) To share the information on the program and effort of universities and/or research institutes in Asian countries for the cultivation of human resources for space policy and law studies, including programs on foreign exchange of students and young researchers;
- 2) To promote grassroots international exchanges and network among space policy and law researchers in Asia Pacific region; and
- 3) To broaden the understanding of the significance of promoting space policy and law research in Asia Pacific region.
